The Northwest Territories and Nunavut Crime Stoppers Association is a non-profit organization focused on community safety and crime prevention. With our partners in the RCMP, we maintain and advertise an anonymous crime reporting service that allows everyday citizens to report on criminal or suspicious activities in their communities.

Anyone can submit a tip anonymously by phone at 1-800-222-8477 or online by clicking on the "Submit a Tip" button above or at www.p3tips.com.

Our purpose is to obtain information on wanted persons, unsolved crimes, and criminal activity. Crime Stoppers has been successful in offering information for the police to respond on criminal investigations and to help prevent crime in communities throughout the north.

Tipsters remain anonymous and may receive a cash reward if the information given leads to an arrest, the recovery of stolen property or the seizure of illegal drugs.

NWT/NU Crime Stoppers has been in operation since 1989 and is run by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of a group of concerned citizens.

Crime Stoppers relies on financial support from the public and its corporate sponsor, Rio Tinto Diavik Diamond Mines to promote its crime reporting service across the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
